At Aldea Cobá, we have always have Social Distancing recommendations, such as:

• Personal entrance to each room
• Open spaces with fresh and natural air
• Pool Chairs separated more than 6 ft to the other guests

In response to COVID-19, our “Safety and Health Practices” program is in effect on our property with additional measures:

• Use of facemask obligatory to our Staff
• Digital Menus at Pischan Restaurant
• Dispensers of hand sanitizer all around the property
• Delivery of towels in an ecological bag
• Sanitization of the filters of A/C in the room
• Total disinfection of the room before Check-In
• Among others.

We have the Certification in Protection and Sanitary Prevention in Tourist Facilities (CPPSIT) and the International Seal of Safe Travels by the World Tourism Organization that endorse and guarantee internal practices in terms of Safety and Health.

COVID-19 Testing

We work with a Certified laboratory that can perform the PCR or Antigen tests from the comfort of your room, without the need to travel to Tulum or Valladolid..

This is a third party service and has an additional cost. It is suggested to request an appointment in advance.

The cost depends on the test + $50 USD for home delivery in Cobá, Tulum, Quintana Roo.
