Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00 p.m. Late check-out is subject to availability and may have an additional price depending on the time required.

Up to two children under the age of 10 can stay in the room for free while using available beds. (Maximum 4 people in the room including minors)

There is no space for extra beds inside the room.

Staying in the room after noon is considered a late check-out. If the guest leaves the room after 1:00 p.m. without reception authorization, the hotel will charge a rate equivalent to half a day of stay.

The guest who has rented a room cannot give it to other people, even if the day for which he has paid has not finished yet.

Unregistered people (room is not ready) can stay at the hotel after 8:30 am.

The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage of money, inventory, valuables and other items of scientific or artistic value during or after the guest’s stay.

Aldea Cobá an escape boutique experience is not responsible for: damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a client, objects and live animals left in a vehicle, whether or not the car has been parked in the hotel parking lot .

The hotel is a non-smoking complex, so smoking is prohibited in the rooms and on the hotel premises. The hotel guest or their visitors are fully responsible for any damage or destruction of the hotel facilities.

The use of the pool is the responsibility of each guest, Aldea Cobá An Escape Shop Experience does not offer lifeguard service, so they must exercise extreme caution. Minors must always remain under the supervision of an adult in the pool area.

The hotel offers free use of bicycles from 07:00 to 16:00, each guest being responsible for their proper treatment. The hotel is not responsible for theft, accidents that may result from its use. The use of reflective vests is mandatory.

Children under 15 years of age must remain within the hotel facilities under the constant supervision of their parents and / or legal guardians.

Legal guardians are fully responsible for any damage caused by the actions of children. All guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours of 10 p.m. at 7:30 a.m. every day.

It is forbidden to organize parties or meetings without the prior authorization of the Management or the Reception. In case of violation of the terms and regulations, the Hotel may refuse to provide services to a person who has violated them.

Said person is obliged to immediately comply with the requirements of the Hotel, to pay the amount owed for current services, to pay damages.
