Non-Refundable or Discount Rate

• In case of booking with a “Non-Refundable” rate. 100% of the stay will be charged at the time of reservation.
• Payment for the room at the “Non-Refundable” rate is non-refundable.
• As this is a “Non-Refundable” reservation, no date or name changes are allowed.

Flexible Rate

• No payment at time of booking, payment on property at check in.
• Free cancellation up to 5 days prior to arrival date
• Cancellations between 5 and 3 days prior to arrival date a penalty of 50% of the total reservation will be applied
• Cancellations less than 2 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount.
• Changes in the arrival date without penalty up to five days before the original arrival date.

General Policies

• If you wish to book with “Flexible” Rate via phone, Whatsapp or email a payment of 35% of the total reservation is required to guarantee the reservation. Payment is non-refundable.
• For date changes may apply adjustments to the lodging rate.
• In case you have made a payment and for reasons beyond your control and force majeure you have to cancel (Border closure, cancelled flight, Hurricane, last minute illness). The payment cannot be refunded, but a voucher is issued for the amount paid to travel in a period of 12 months respecting the same rate booked.
• If the guest wishes to check out early or does not show up at the hotel on the day of check in (no show) it is considered as a cancellation and no refunds apply.
