Aldea Cobá has always had the following Social Distancing measures:

Personal entrance to each room

Open spaces with fresh and natural air

Lounge chairs separated by more than 2 meters between guests

However, in response to COVID-19, the “Health and Safety Practices” Program has been implemented

With additional measures including:

– Use of a mandatory mask for all staff – Digital menus at Pischán restaurant

– Hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the property

– Delivery of towels in ecological bag

– Disinfection of the A / C filters in the room after each Check Out

– Total disinfection of the room before Check-In

– Among others

It has the Certification in Protection and Sanitary Prevention in Tourist Facilities (CPPSIT) and the International Seal of Safe Travels by the World Tourism Organization that endorse and guarantee internal practices in matters of Health and Safety
