No prepayment needed. Pay at the property during Check In
Free Cancellations until 5 days prior Check In date
Cancellations between 5 days to 3 days prior Check In date apply a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the reservation
Cancellations with less than 2 days prior Check In apply a penalty of the total amount of the reservation.

If you make a reservation on phone, Whatsapp or e-mail with the “Flexible” rate a payment of 35% of the total amount of the reservation it’s needed to guarantee the room
Changes on the arrival date can apply adjustments to the rates
If a payment was made and for external reasons and force majeure a cancellation it’s needed (Borders Closure, Flight Cancelation, Hurricane, Last Minute illness). The payment cannot be refund, but a travel voucher for the payment amount it’s issued with a expiration of 12 months
Cancelation with no refunds apply if the guest want to have an early check out or there is no show on the Check In date
