PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

We accept cash within the property, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover We accept bank transfers and deposits in Mexican Pesos. Please communicate with sales@aldeacoba.com for more information The 16% of the National Tax and 3% of the Lodging Tax are not included The Hotel may charge the room once the reservation has been made, if is not refundable rate The charge for the room is made on property during the Check In (If the reservations was made with the standard rate) You can cancel without charge up to 5 days before arrival. We will charge the first night or a 50% of the total of the reservation if it is canceled within 5 days before arrival. In case you cancel 2 days prior of your arrival we will charge the total amount of your reservation. If the room is marked as non-cancelable, non-refundable or similar applies a penalty of 100% regardless of the date the cancellation is requested. If the guest want to check out before the date or not be presented to the hotel on the day of check in (no show) is considered as cancellation and no refund applies. Any reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund. If the guest wishes to extend his reservation, cancellation policies apply equally. New! Humanitarian Cancellation without penalty. In case a payment has been made and for external reasons it has to be canceled (border closure, canceled flight, last minute illness), the money cannot be refunded but a voucher is issued for the amount paid to travel in a period of 12 months respecting the same reserved rate.
