The Hotel can charge the room payment at any time if it is a non-refundable rate.
The charge for the room is made on property during the Check In (If the reservations was made with the standard rate)
You can cancel without charge up to 5 days before arrival.
We will charge the first night or a 50% of the total of the reservation if it is canceled within 5 days before arrival.
In case you cancel 2 days prior of your arrival we will charge the total amount of your reservation.
If the room is marked as non-cancelable, non-refundable or similar applies a penalty of 100% regardless of the date the cancellation is requested.
If the guest want to check out before the date or not be presented to the hotel on the day of check in (no show) is considered as cancellation and no refund applies.
If the guest wishes to extend his reservation, cancellation policies apply equally.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Check In is scheduled for 3:00 PM and Check Out at 12:00 PM. Late check-out is upon availability and may have an additional price depending the time required.
Up to two children under 10 years old can stay in the room. (Maximum 4 people in the room including minors)
There is no space for extra beds inside the room.
Staying in the room after 13:00 hrs is considered a late check-out. If the guest leaves the room after 14:00 hrs. Without authorization from the reception, the hotel will charge a fee equivalent to a half-day stay.
The guest who rented a room can not give it to other people, even if the day he paid is not over yet.
People who have not registered (will stay at the hotel from 8:30 hrs).
The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage of money, actions, valuables and other items of scientific or artistic value during the stay period of the guest.
Aldea Coba and Escape Boutique Experience is not responsible for: the damage or loss of a car or a vehicle.
The hotel is a smoke-free complex, therefore smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and inside the hotel facilities.
The hotel guest or his visitors are fully responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment.
The use of the pool is the responsibility of each guest, Aldea Cobá an Escape Boutique Experience does not offer lifeguard services, so extreme precautions must be taken. Minors must always remain under the supervision of an adult.
The hotel offers free bicycles from 07:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs, each guest being responsible for their good use. The hotel is not responsible for theft, accidents that may arise from this service. The use of reflective vests is mandatory.
Children under the age of 15 must remain in the hotel area under the constant supervision of their parents and / or legal guardians. Legal guardians are fully responsible for any damage.
In the case of violation of the terms and Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to provide a person who violated them. Said person is obliged to comply with the immediate requirements of the Hotel, to pay the amount corresponding to the current services, to pay for possible damages.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
We are a property of non smoking, that includes the rooms.
